About the Role
This role supports both customer sales inquiries and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth handling of Balikbayan box shipments from booking to delivery.
The ideal candidate is a Filipino/Tagalog speaker with strong coordination skills, customer service experience, and familiarity with Balikbayan box processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to Balikbayan box services (pricing, schedules, delivery timelines)
- Communicate with customers in Tagalog and English
- Support the sales team with quotations, bookings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate pickup, packing, consolidation, and shipment schedules
- Track shipment status and provide updates to customers
- Prepare and verify shipping documents
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, and overseas agents
- Resolve customer and shipment-related issues efficiently
Skills & Requirements
- Filipino / Tagalog speaker (required)
- Experience in Balikbayan box logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage
- Background in sales support, customer service, or logistics operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM or booking systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Philippines shipping routes and customs procedures
- Previous experience in logistics, courier, or freight forwarding companies
